Job summary

CREW by HRNET is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee tendering, procurement and contract administration for Data Centre and Commercial Electrical Projects in Singapore.

Responsibilities include managing contracts, evaluating quotations, monitoring costs and risks, and coordinating with engineers, procurement teams, and site managers to resolve contractual matters, while ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Contracts Management within construction/engineering.
• Electrical project experience preferred, especially Data Centre or Commercial projects.
• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Business or related disciplines.
• Strong knowledge of Tendering, Subcontract Management, VO and Contract Administration.

• Tender Management: Coordinate tender submissions, evaluate quotations and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors.

• Project Coordination: Work closely with engineers, procurement teams and site managers to resolve contractual matters.
• Contract Administration: Manage progress payments, contract documentation, performance bonds and project close-outs.
• Compliance: Ensure contractual activities comply with relevant Singapore construction regulations and requirements.
