Job summary

CREW by HRNET is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor / Contract Manager to oversee cost control and contract management for M&E-heavy projects. The role emphasizes accurate cost estimation, tender support, and robust cost analysis to ensure value and quality outcomes.

You will collaborate with engineers, architects, and contractors to steer cost-efficient decisions, manage variations, and identify risk mitigations while supporting budgets and schedules across large-scale construction initiatives.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or M&E Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant construction experience, M&E an advantage.
• Strong cost estimation and analytical capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for M&E (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection) works.

What We’re Looking For

• Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, M&E Engineering, or equivalent.

• Min 5 years of relevant experience in the construction industry (M&E experience is a strong plus!).

• Skilled in cost estimation and analysis.

• Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical skills.

• Team player with solid communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Self-motivated, able to work both independently and collaboratively.
