Job summary

CREW by HRNET is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead cost control on large-scale construction projects within the M&E domain. You will prepare accurate cost estimates, support project costing and budget planning, and assist in tender preparation, ensuring value for money and quality outcomes.

Collaborate with engineers, architects and contractors, identify cost-saving opportunities, and conduct site measurements, interim valuations and change order cost analysis to keep projects on track.

What We’re Looking For

• Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, M&E Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the construction industry (M&E experience is a strong plus!).
• Skilled in cost estimation and analysis.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical skills.
• Team player with solid communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Self-motivated, able to work both independently and collaboratively.
