Job summary

Harish Engineering Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to manage the full QS process from tender to final account.

You will prepare cost plans, review drawings, and lead subcontractor cost negotiations to secure best commercial terms. You will monitor project costs, variations, and payments, while ensuring contractual compliance and mentoring the QS team across multiple projects. Responsibilities include preparing monthly cost reports, cash flow forecasts, and tender

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
• Experience in M&E/Electrical projects will be an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts, procurement, and cost control.
• Familiar with Singapore construction practices and standard forms of contract (e.g. SIA, PSSCOC, NEC, FIDIC).
• Good negotiation and analytical skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and QS-related software.
