Job summary

Food Manufacturing Company looking for Quality Control Manager preferablywith Food Safety and Hygiene Level 3 certification and Halal CompetencyAssessment Cert.

• To manage company's Food Safety Management System (FSMS) - FSSC22000.
• E. g. Conduct personal hygiene checks and other checks, Ensure properdocumentation of raw materials, ingredients, and finished products and allaspects of FSMS.
• To handle SFA, internal and external Food Audits, to conduct basic labtest on company's product to ensure they met quality standards.
• To handle Halal Audits.
• To conduct basic lab test on work environment to ensure cleaniness andfood safety.
• To work with production team to enforce food safety awareness.
• To handle customer complaints.
• To ensure products and its labelling meets countries regulation andrequirements.
