Job summary

Ebel Industries Pte Ltd is seeking a QC Supervisor to lead a team of Female QC Inspectors and Packers in a controlled environment in Brazil’s Norte region. You will help in manpower planning and ensure smooth operations of the shift, aligning with production schedules and quality standards.

You will implement working procedures, facilitate inter-department communications, monitor yield, and collaborate with production to meet delivery timelines while maintaining strict quality controls.

Qualifications

• Experience in the Manufacturing Industry, preferably QC related.
• Willing to work in a controlled environment with no makeup allowed.

• Able to lead, manage & motivate a team of Female QC Inspector & Packers
• Assist in own department's manpower planning and deployment
• Assist in ensuring smooth running of departments operations of shift on duty
• Ensure effective implementation of working procedure in QC department
• Ensure efficient and effective communications inter and intra departments
• Look for customer complaint information
• Monitor and improve production yield (in term of inspection, unjig & smoothness of QC flow)
• work with production to ensure that customer delivery schedules and quality standard are met
