Job summary

STAFFKING PTE LTD in Brazil North seeks a QA professional to support the QA Manager in implementing quality and management systems. You will assist with customer audits, monitor supplier quality, and drive monthly QA performance reporting.

You will evaluate rejection criteria, resolve quality issues, and ensure product quality through calibration and process controls, while addressing safety and regulatory concerns as they arise.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in engineering, quality management, manufacturing, or related field.
• At least 2 years of QA experience in relevant industry preferred.
• Understanding of ISO 9001 or FSSC 22000 quality management systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist the QA Manager in implementing certificated quality and management systems.
• Assist QA Manager to manage customer audits as required.
• Perform supplier quality system audit when necessary.
• Prepare monthly QA performance reports.
• Interpret rejection criteria and evaluate rejected material.
• Manage supplier and customer quality issues.
• Manage the value-add process and implement controls for product quality.
• Escalate and manage significant safety, quality, regulatory or compliance issues.
• Manage calibration of inspection, measuring and test equipment.

• Escalate and manage any significant events such as safety, quality , regulatory or any compliance issues.
