Sumitomo Bakelite Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Quality Management professional to oversee QMS implementation across the organization, including FMEA, control plans, documentation, and audits. You will coordinate with various departments to ensure audit closure and maintain quality manuals and procedures.

The role requires strong knowledge of IATF16949/ISO9001, plus the ability to manage customer inquiries and supplier quality activities.

Competenze

• A degree in Chemical, Mechanical or Material Engineering or equivalent.
• Knowledge of IATF16949/ISO9001 and core tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA and SPC).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good time management and teamwork.

• Maintain the Quality Manuals, Procedures to ensure contents are appropriate and are aligned to the latest requirements.

• Timely review of customer’s quality system related enquiry or document such as quality agreement, specification and audit checklist.
• Review and prepare official reply to customers on product content environmental related enquiries such as RoHS, REACH and other substances of concern
• Coordinate technology transfer with other WW sites and to conduct trial production
• Support supplier quality management through periodic meeting, continuous improvement activities and on-site audit
• Support quality-driven projects or any duties that may be assigned by superior
