Qualificações

• Support definition of requirements and translate them into actionable delivery plans.
• Monitor progress, dependencies, and delivery risks in fast-paced environments.

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager (PM) to lead and coordinate complex enterprise integration initiatives within a fast-paced environment. This role will focus on managing delivery across HR and ERP integration projects, ensuring alignment between technical teams, stakeholders, and business objectives. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills in English and proven experience managing cross-functional technology projects, ideally involving HR or ERP systems such as Workday, SAP, or HANA.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, architects, and business stakeholders

Required Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with HRIS or ERP integration projects (Workday, SAP, HANA, Oracle, etc.)
• Background in enterprise system implementations or system integration programs
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and hybrid delivery models

• Understanding of integration concepts (APIs, middleware, data flows) is a plus
