Overall delivery responsibility for the project/s ensuring the successful delivery of the objectives as defined in the Program/Portfolio Strategy.

Lead all aspects of one or multiple projects, from planning through to implementation and tracking, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget and in alignment with internal standards and frameworks. Experience in Finance area projects.

Qualifications / What you will bring

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business or related field, Master’s desirable or equivalent combination of education/experience.
• Project Management certification (PMP or CAPM) from PMI (is a plus). Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt.

Significant previous experience within an IT focused role. Finance area in specific. 5+ years’ experience managing or influencing technical staff and projects. Proven success in improving the customer experience. Experience working within a matrix structure. Ensure adherence to PMO governance, implementing standardized tools and processes to maintain compliance and quality control.

Experience in the Information Technology area at national and multinational companies,

• Work in management of strategic IT, systems and processes, cloud and on-premises infrastructure, programs/projects in critical-mission environments.
• Global Professional Services Operation and new solutions development in finance, manufacturing, retail and insurance market segments.

Team building and leadership oriented toward transformation and innovation. Work on mergers and acquisitions - M&A, IT outsourcing, SAP project management, deployment and management of Cloud Solutions, big data, CRM, ECM, CMMS and BPO; PMP, Scrum and ITIL certified.

Highlighted Experience: Delivery of SaaS/XaaS solutions at companies; Creation and development of global services focused on client satisfaction and retention: Managed Services, CX; shared service center implementation in LatAm to deliver global services.

Management of common international service centers (Service Desk); solution deployment and integration such as CRM, ERP, ECM, CMMS (SAP, Microsoft, SalesForce, etc.); BPM, IT outsourcing, Payroll outsourcing; Business Intelligence (Balanced Score Card); Credit Score Models; Mergers and Acquisitions-M&A; Infrastructure Management in critical-mission environments; Cyber Security and LGPD (General Data Protection Law); IT Service.

Key Accountabilities – What you will do

• Lead the planning and execution of projects, ensuring key milestones and project goals are met.
• Collaborate with Program/portfolio management teams to align projects with business strategies and objectives.
• Agree and manage project governance, including Steering Committees and Sponsorship Groups, ensuring timely decisions and follow-ups.
• Oversee the execution of change management strategies, including training rollouts and communication plans.
• Manage project dependencies, ensuring alignment with BAU activities and other projects in the portfolio.
• Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, summarizing progress, priorities, and key decisions.
• Ensure adherence to PMO governance, implementing standardized tools and processes to maintain compliance and quality control.
• Manage project budgets, ensuring accurate financial tracking and reporting.
• Oversee the transition of solutions to business-as-usual support, ensuring smooth handover and operational readiness.
• Conduct lessons learned sessions to identify areas for improvement and share best practices across the organization.
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, resolving issues, and driving project success.
• Contribute wider awareness and understanding of effective project management across the wider team enhancing the organisations project management capabilities.
