The role combines functional analysis with deep integration technology, focusing on translating business needs into scalable Workday integrations and working closely with development teams.

The candidate will partner with business stakeholders, validate requirements, and participate in the full lifecycle from design to production support, ensuring robust and maintainable integration

Qualificações

• Proven experience as a Workday Technical-Functional Consultant or similar Techno-Functional role.
• Strong Workday knowledge across modules and integrations.
• Experience gathering both functional and technical requirements for integrations.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical specs for integration teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management in English.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Workday Technical-Functional Consultant who combines strong functional analysis capabilities with deep technical integration expertise.

Unlike traditional functional consultants, this role is not focused on business process configuration. Instead, the consultant will partner with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and collaborate closely with integration developers to deliver scalable Workday integrations.

This position is ideal for professionals who combine Workday functional knowledge with strong integration expertise and technical analysis skills.

Key Responsibilities

Business & Technical Analysis

• Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear, complete, and actionable technical integration specifications.
• Identify requirement gaps and proactively clarify them with both business and technical teams.
• Validate technical requirements before development begins.

Solution Design & Delivery

• Collaborate with architects and integration developers throughout the full implementation lifecycle.
• Analyze existing integration architecture and recommend improvements.
• Participate in solution design discussions to ensure scalable and maintainable integrations.

Testing & Production Support

• Support testing activities, defect analysis, and production issue resolution.
• Coordinate delivery activities between business and technical teams.
• Maintain functional and technical documentation.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Workday Technical-Functional Consultant or Workday Techno-Functional Consultant.
• Strong understanding of Workday modules and business processes.
• Solid hands-on experience with Workday integrations.
• Experience gathering both functional and technical requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications for integration development teams.
• Ability to identify incomplete or ambiguous requirements and drive clarification with stakeholders.
• Experience acting as the bridge between business users and technical teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Professional-level English.

• Experience with Workday HCM.
• Familiarity with Workday integration technologies (Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Web Services).
