XIHE BEAU PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end initiatives, aligning goals with deliverables and business value.

You will oversee scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to guide project execution. Engage and influence stakeholders including business users, project teams, and external vendors to secure alignment and support. Conduct regular status meetings and communicate progress effectively to keep projects on track.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management.
• Experience in Agile Methodology.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the entire project lifecycle from initiation to closure.
• Develop detailed project plans covering scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation to guide project execution.
• Engage and influence key stakeholders including business users, project teams, and external vendors to secure alignment and support.
• Conduct regular project status meetings and communicate progress updates to stakeholders effectively.
• Manage stakeholder expectations by resolving conflicts and issues promptly to maintain project momentum.
• Foster cohesive collaboration and effective team dynamics to enhance productivity and project outcomes.
• Incorporate user needs and feedback into project deliverables to ensure relevance and quality.
• Ensure compliance with IT governance frameworks and standards throughout all project activities.
• Implement quality control processes to maintain high standards of deliverables and minimize defects.
• Monitor project budgets to ensure expenditures remain within approved limits and optimize resource use.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve project-related issues and challenges to mitigate risks and keep projects on track.
• Make informed decisions based on data analysis, project requirements, and stakeholder input to drive project success.
