Mindsprint seeks an experienced PMO Lead to oversee SAP implementation programs in São Paulo. You will drive project governance, schedules, budgets, and risk management, coordinating with cross-functional teams and external vendors.

The role requires strong leadership, exceptional communication, and a proven track record in SAP projects. You will mentor junior staff while maintaining strict adherence to PM methodologies and delivering regular status updates.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in SAP implementation projects.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is preferred.
• Strong understanding of SAP modules and components.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Prior leadership and team management experience.
• Hands-on experience with project management tools and software.
