Jobtailor is seeking a professional to understand and optimize roles within client projects, focusing on HR and organizational processes. You will assess profiles, gather information, and benchmark against market standards, identifying gaps and opportunities.

The role involves developing actionable plans and serving as the bridge between HR, process, and business considerations, with in-person meetings in São Paulo's South Zone approximately once per week.

Qualificações

• Experience in business, consulting, or business management.
• Experience with organizational processes and structures.
• Knowledge of HR and behavioral profile assessment.
• Ability to conduct assessments and comparative analyses.
• Business acumen and understanding of concepts such as P&L and commercial functions.
• Analytical and consultative profile, with strong ability to interact with different stakeholders.
• Availability for in-person meetings in São Paulo’s South Zone, approximately once per week.
