Jobtailor in São Paulo, Brazil seeks an experienced IT Project Manager to oversee complex projects from conception to delivery. You will define robust planning, coordinate IT resources, monitor progress, manage budgets, and keep clients informed throughout the lifecycle.

The role requires full lifecycle IT project management experience, familiarity with SAP ECC and tax projects, and PMI or Agile certifications is a plus.

Qualificações

• Experience across the full lifecycle of IT project management.
• Experience with tax projects and knowledge of SAP ECC is a plus.
• Desirable: PMI certification and/or Agile methodologies certification.
• Desirable: enrolled in or have completed a degree in Technology-related fields.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor the project management workflow in an integrated manner across high-, medium- and low-complexity projects.
• Define robust and appropriate planning, taking into account the specifics of each subject and the availability of IT resources.
• Ensure delivery in accordance with the established plan.
• Keep the client informed and aligned on project progress from conception through delivery.
• Manage project costs to ensure consistent, value-adding deliveries within the project’s initially defined budget.
• Produce periodic and executive status reports demonstrating project progress.
• Manage risks by identifying potential issues that impact the project schedule and directing the necessary actions to eliminate or mitigate those impacts, always aiming to meet deadlines and deliver quality results.
• Participate in and represent the area in committees and working groups.
• Plan, organize, control and close project activities in the area’s management systems.
• Monitor project implementation and any post-production incidents.

• Desirable: intermediate Spanish and English
