Jobtailor is seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead high-complexity SAP programs end-to-end, from solution definition through execution and stabilization, coordinating cross-functional teams and maintaining strong client relationships.

The role requires experience with SAP ECC, S/4HANA migrations, digital transformation, and governance across scope, schedule and budgets, with availability for on-site or remote work up to three days per week.

Qualificações

• Degree in IT and/or related fields.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across functional, technical and business streams for SAP ECC, S/4HANA migrations and digital transformation.
• Act as a reference in management, operations and governance with responsibility for scope, schedule, cost, quality, risks, changes, resource capacity and operational support.
• Build and support SAP governance, portfolio control, integrated schedules, risk management, quality gates, change requests, performance indicators and executive support.
• Availability up to 3 times per week at the client site or remote.
• Consultative and commercial profile with ability to identify opportunities, support value-based client discussions and present SAP solutions.
• English and/or Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-complexity SAP projects and programs end-to-end, ensuring the full lifecycle from solution definition, estimation, proposal and project sales (planning, structuring and mobilization) through execution, monitoring, client relationship management, executive governance and operational stabilization.
• Ensure predictability, traceability, disciplined execution and excellence in relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Degree in IT and/or related fields.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams, ensure integration across functional, technical and business streams, and confidently engage with clients and executives on topics related to SAP ECC, S/4HANA, migration, rollouts, digital transformation and the evolution of SAP solutions such as BTP, BDC and PUBLIC.
• Act as a reference in management, operations and governance, with direct responsibility for scope, schedule, cost, quality, risks, changes, resource capacity, project financial results and operational support, guaranteeing predictability, traceability, disciplined execution and excellence in stakeholder relationships.
• Build and support SAP governance, portfolio control, integrated schedules, risk management, quality gates, change requests, performance indicators and executive support.
• Availability up to 3 times per week at the client site or remote.
• Consultative and commercial profile, capable of identifying opportunities, supporting value-based discussions with clients, presenting SAP solutions with credibility, and bringing proven sales and SAP project management cases that demonstrate executive maturity, market knowledge and command of business transformation supported by technology and AI.
