Jobtailor in São Paulo seeks a Quality Engineer focused on supplier development to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and international regulations, while optimizing performance across the supply chain.

You will drive APQP/PPAP, oversee SPC and MSA analyses, and lead corrective actions and supplier training to deliver consistent quality for production.

Qualificações

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
Knowledge of APQP.
Knowledge of PPAP.
Knowledge of SPC.
Knowledge of process capability, statistical analysis, and data analysis.
Knowledge of MSA.
Knowledge of problem-solving methodologies: 8D, MASP, and FTA.
Knowledge of quality standards, such as ISO 9001.
Experience in an industrial environment.
Green Belt certification.
Advanced English preferred.

Responsabilidades

Develop, qualify, and audit suppliers of raw materials, components, and services.
Ensure compliance with internal standards and international regulations.
Monitor supplier performance by analyzing quality metrics.
Implement corrective and preventive action plans.
Conduct the technical validation of items and processes before release for mass production.
Analyze supply nonconformities and coordinate root cause investigations using 8D, Ishikawa, and 5 Whys methodologies.
Validate implemented corrective actions.
Prepare, review, and implement incoming inspection control plans, inspection instructions, and acceptance criteria.
Promote continuous improvement across the supply chain through supplier development programs, technical training, and the sharing of best practices.
