Responsabilidades

• Follow the company’s Golden Safety Rules
• Take responsibility for your own safety and the safety of other employees
• Perform activities in accordance with the company’s safety and environmental procedures
• Supply raw materials and production inputs, and package finished products according to the standard procedures defined for the workstation
• Keep your workstation clean and organized in accordance with the company’s 5S and TPM programs
• Monitor and operate machinery correctly, submitting maintenance requests when necessary
• Ensure production records are entered accurately
• Share knowledge of work activities when necessary
• Complete production forms in accordance with the department’s standards
• Ensure product quality and perform the required process inspections
• Report and ensure production volumes, providing justification when targets are not met
• Perform rework and product inspections when necessary
• Implement improvement projects within the department
• Provide support to other previously agreed-upon departments when requested
