STAFFKING PTE LTD is seeking a Manufacturing Production & Operations Executive to coordinate daily production and ensure adherence to ISO 9001 standards. The role involves managing manpower, machinery and materials to hit targets while maintaining safety and efficiency.

The position reports to the production leadership and requires collaboration with Quality, Engineering, Warehouse, Customer Service, and overseas teams to ensure on-time delivery. Transport is provided by the company.

Qualificações

• Minimum NITEC or Diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience in production, manufacturing, operations, or administrative environment is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry; SAP and SAGE ERP experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate with production supervisors and staff to ensure smooth daily production operations.
• Ensure production activities meet company procedures, work instructions, and ISO 9001 quality standards.
• Monitor production performance, resolve operational issues, and improve productivity and efficiency.
• Manage manpower, machinery, and materials to achieve production targets and meet delivery schedules.
• Maintain workplace safety, housekeeping, and proper equipment usage in the production area.
• Coordinate with Quality, Engineering, Warehouse, Customer Service, and overseas teams to ensure smooth operations and on-time delivery.
• Plan and assign the mobile packing team for daily on-site packing support as required.
