STAFFKING PTE LTD in the North Region seeks a manufacturing/industrial engineer to provide day-to-day engineering support for production operations. You will troubleshoot process and product issues to minimize downtime and boost productivity.

You will analyze processes, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement across productivity, quality and cost. Candidates should have 2–5 years in manufacturing and strong problem-solving skills.

Qualificações

• Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Electrical/Electronics or Industrial Engineering.
• 2–5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in production support, process improvement and root cause analysis.
• Familiarity with NPI, engineering change implementation and documentation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide day-to-day engineering support to manufacturing and production operations.
• Troubleshoot process, product and production-related issues to minimize downtime and improve productivity.
• Analyze manufacturing processes, identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives involving process optimization, productivity, quality and cost reduction.
• Support New Product Introduction (NPI), engineering changes, product transfers and manufacturing readiness activities.
• Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation including work instructions, SOPs, process flows and technical reports.
• Monitor manufacturing performance and identify opportunities for process and efficiency improvements.
• Work closely with Production, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain and other departments on manufacturing-related projects.
• Ensure manufacturing processes comply with quality, safety and company requirements.

Job Responsibilities

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Electrical/Electronics, Industrial Engineering or related disciplines.

• Ideally 2-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.

• Candidates from semiconductor, electronics, precision engineering, automation or equipment manufacturing environments are welcome.

• Experience in production support, process improvement, troubleshooting and root cause analysis.

• Familiarity with NPI, engineering change implementation, process validation and manufacturing documentation.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Hands-on, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Added Advantage

• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S or Six Sigma.

• Experience with SPC, PFMEA, Control Plans or other quality tools.

• Experience supporting NPI, product transfer or manufacturing ramp-up.

• Exposure to semiconductor, precision assembly, automation or equipment manufacturing processes.

• Familiarity with ERP/MRP or MES systems.
