Espire Infolabs (Singapore) Pte Ltd seeks a seasoned Product Manager to lead vision, strategy, and roadmaps for complex digital products in Financial Services. You will own the backlog, collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Marketing, and Business stakeholders, translating requirements into concrete product specs and acceptance criteria.

The role focuses on process optimization, timely delivery, and governance, with exposure to senior leadership and regulatory compliance.

Qualificações

• 5-7 years working experience in a Financial Services/Insurance industry.
• Proven track record of delivering complex digital products or platforms at scale.
• Strong experience working with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Stakeholder management at senior/executive levels.
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• Self-motivated, flexible to change and resilient.
• Have a solution mindset, detail oriented and willingness to learn is a must.

Responsabilidades
