iTRTech Group is seeking a senior Product Owner to define product vision and prioritize value for digital products in an international Financial Services setting. The role bridges business stakeholders and engineering teams to deliver scalable solutions.

Hybrid for those in state capitals, or remote for countryside areas in Brazil. Requires 6+ years of senior experience and fluent English for direct client contact.

Qualificações

• Fluent English required both written and spoken.
• Proven experience as a Product Owner in digital products.

Responsabilidades

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Support product-related decision-making and help remove delivery impediments.
• Monitor product performance, adoption, and business metrics.
• Collect user and stakeholder feedback to drive continuous product improvements.
• Ensure alignment across multiple teams to deliver consistent, high-quality solutions.
• Contribute to product strategy and digital transformation initiatives.
