VendorSmart is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our global Product team and take ownership of strategic products and initiatives across the business. You will work closely with executives, business leaders, customers, and cross-functional teams to translate complex challenges into clear product strategies.

The ideal candidate communicates clearly, aligns stakeholders around priorities, and drives initiatives from discovery through execution in a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2B or SaaS.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Experience partnering with executives and senior stakeholders.
• Proven ability to influence without direct authority.
• Data-informed decision maker with analytical skills.

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our global Product team and take ownership of strategic products and initiatives across the business. This role will work closely with executives, business leaders, customers, and cross-functional teams, both within our organization and at partner/client companies.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can translate complex business and technical challenges into clear product strategies, align stakeholders around priorities, and drive initiatives from discovery through execution.

This is a highly collaborative role that requires strong business judgment, strategic thinking, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, global environment.

What You'll Do

• Own the product strategy, vision, and roadmap for strategic products and initiatives.
• Partner closely with executives and senior stakeholders to understand business priorities, identify opportunities, and translate them into actionable product strategies.
• Lead conversations with executives and external stakeholders, clearly communicating product vision, trade-offs, progress, risks, and recommendations.
• Build strong relationships with customers, partners, and other companies to understand their needs and identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
• Lead product discovery, including problem definition, customer research, data analysis, and validation of potential solutions.
• Translate complex business problems into clear product requirements and actionable priorities for cross-functional teams.
• Work closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Operations, and other teams to deliver high-impact products and experiences.
• Use qualitative and quantitative data to make informed product decisions and measure outcomes.
• Define and track product success metrics, ensuring that product initiatives are connected to measurable business outcomes.
• Manage competing priorities and make thoughtful trade-offs based on customer value, business impact, technical complexity, and strategic alignment.
• Communicate product plans, decisions, and progress clearly across different audiences, from technical teams to executive leadership.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities proactively and drive alignment across stakeholders.
• Help establish and continuously improve product management practices, processes, and standards across the organization.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably working on complex B2B, SaaS, or enterprise products.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Administration, Economics or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills — advanced or fluent English is required.
• Strong experience working directly with executives and senior business stakeholders.
• Excellent executive communication skills , with the ability to present complex topics clearly, concisely, and confidently.
• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment without direct authority.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, take ownership, and independently drive initiatives forward.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-informed approach to decision-making.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with financial systems, payments, accounting, AP/AR, ERP, fintech, or other financial technology products.
• Bachelor's degree or formal education in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience working with enterprise customers or complex B2B products.
• Experience working with products focused on the US market.
