Jobtailor is seeking a strategic Market & Product Insights Lead in Brazil to drive customer voice and inputs into the Global Vehicle Development Process. You will align global and local teams across Program Management, Finance, Portfolio Planning and Marketing to steer product lifecycle initiatives including Special Series proposals.

Ideal candidates bring automotive OEM experience, strong market awareness, and bilingual English/Spanish communication.

Qualificações

• Solid experience with a major automotive OEM
• Deep knowledge of market, technology and competitive environments
• Fluency in English; Spanish preferred
• Ability to manage projects and timelines
• Strong business acumen for strategic decisions
• Excellent presentation skills for stakeholders
• Adaptability to ambiguity in complex programs
• Eligibility to work without GM sponsorship now or in future
• Willingness to report to the location at least 3 times per week
• Relocation costs are the candidate's responsibility

Responsabilidades

Requirements
