General Motors Brazil is seeking a Senior Product/Program Manager to represent the voice of the customer and drive product lifecycle in a hybrid role.

Based in São Caetano do Sul, you will collaborate with global and local teams, manage program content, and contribute to market insights and competitive analysis. English and Spanish are preferred, and experience with automotive OEMs is essential. This role reports to the GM location and requires on-site presence 3 days per week.

Qualificações

• Solid experience with major automotive OEMs.
• Proficient in English and Spanish (preferred).
• Dealing with Ambiguity, Business Acumen, Presentation Skills.
• Experience with Project management will be a plus.

• Participate in weekly Program Execution Team (PET) and/or meetings with Export Program Team and manage Product Program Content (PPC).

Location: São Caetano do Sul/SP

Your skills and abilities (required qualifications):

• Solid experience with major automotive OEM, deep knowledge of market, technology and competitive environment
• Proficient in English and Spanish language (preferred)
• Dealing with Ambiguity, Business Acumen, Presentation Skills
• Experience with Project management will be a plus
