We are looking for a Procurement Analyst / Buyer with expertise in Electronic Catalogs (Coupa) to support a project focused on the formalization and management of supplier contracts.

This role will play a key part in transitioning suppliers that currently operate through purchase orders into a contract-based model within Coupa, ensuring legal compliance, process efficiency, and risk mitigation. The selected professional will work closely with procurement, legal, and internal stakeholders to optimize indirect purchasing processes.

Details/Scope of the project:

Professional to optimize strategic purchasing processes, including supplier registration and management, KPI implementation, and the creation of electronic catalogs on the Coupa platform.

Technical Knowledge

• Electronic catalog management and quotation processes through systems.
• Supplier registration and onboarding processes.
• KPI implementation and performance analysis.
• Contract and vendor management.
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle) and e-procurement platforms (Coupa).
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
