Jobtailor in Porto Alegre, Brazil, seeks an Automation Specialist to drive RPA and software automation initiatives across Cooperatives. You will map processes, implement AI-enabled solutions, and ensure alignment with enterprise standards and security.

The role requires collaboration, strong analytical skills, and willingness to travel. Hybrid work may be negotiated, with on-site presence preferred.

Qualificações

Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
Experience in RPA development or software development.
Willingness to travel.
On-site work preferred (hybrid negotiable).

Responsabilidades

Execute the Central’s strategy with affiliated Cooperatives.
Improve technology processes and architecture.
Identify and support automation initiatives and API integrations using AI.
Map and evolve processes for efficiency, risk reduction, and better experience.
Assess opportunities in proposed solutions (time, cost, quality, risk).
Lead or support technology implementations with Cooperatives.
Monitor results via indicators and metrics.
Ensure alignment with standards and guidelines.
Act as bridge between Central, Cooperatives and systems.
Represent the Central in forums and initiatives.
Monitor trends, risks and regulations for governance and security.

Responsibilities

Act in executing the Central’s strategy together with affiliated Cooperatives.
Work on improvements to technology processes.
Identify, prioritise and support the implementation of automation initiatives, integrations (APIs) and solutions using Artificial Intelligence.
Map, analyse and evolve processes with a focus on efficiency, risk reduction and improved experience.
Assess opportunity gains (time, cost, quality and risk) in proposed solutions.
Support or lead technology implementation initiatives together with Cooperatives and involved areas.
Monitor the results of initiatives through indicators and performance metrics.
Ensure alignment of solutions with architecture, technical standards and system guidelines.
Act as a bridge between the Central office, Cooperatives and systems areas, facilitating decisions and alignments.
Represent the Central in forums, working groups and local and system-wide initiatives.
Monitor trends, risks, regulations and technologies, ensuring adherence to governance and information security.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science or related fields.
Experience in RPA development or software development in any tool or programming language.
Availability to travel.
Availability for work preferably on-site (hybrid negotiable).
The following experience will be a differential:
- BPM (Fluid, SeSuite)
- RPA (UiPath, Python)
- Artificial Intelligence
- API integrations
- Postgraduate specialization / MBA completed or in progress
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure and/or systems architecture
- Knowledge of business intelligence (BI)
- Experience in financial institutions or credit cooperatives
- Experience with automation governance, standards and information security
