Jobtailor seeks a process excellence professional to map end-to-end processes, identify bottlenecks, and define AI automation requirements. You will document BPMN flows, prioritize AI initiatives, and measure improvements in time, cost, quality, and productivity.

Collaboration with business and IT teams and supporting adoption are essential. Ideal candidates bring BPMN, Process Mining, Generative AI, and RPA experience, plus familiarity with Claude.AI, Copilot, Power Platform, and SAP S/4HANA.

Qualificações

Knowledge of BPMN and Process Mining, with Six Sigma as a desirable qualification.
Experience with Generative AI, Prompt Engineering, and automation tools like n8n.
Familiarity with Power Platform and SAP S/4HANA is a plus; RPA experience valuable.
AS-IS / TO-BE mapping and producing functional documentation for AI agents.

Responsabilidades

Evaluate processes eligible for AI automation, produce functional documentation and BPMN flows, and define functional requirements for agent development.
Prioritize the AI initiatives backlog.
Measure gains achieved (time, cost, quality, and productivity).
Collaborate with business and IT departments.
Support change management and adoption of the agents.
