Jobtailor is seeking an AV systems specialist to develop technical projects, prepare proposals, and support client interactions from its Barueri/São Paulo base. You will analyze feasibility, cost, and supplier quotations to ensure profitable solutions.

The role requires expertise in AV/UC systems, control platforms like Crestron/Extron/Q-SYS, and hands-on experience with BOMs and 4K/8K workflows. Collaboration with clients and vendors is essential.

Qualificações

• Experience with Audio & Video (AV) systems, including signal transmission, 4K/8K resolutions, image processing, and digital signage.
• Knowledge of professional audio, including acoustics, mixing, DSP, and protocols such as Dante and AES67.
• Networking for AV over IP solutions, including switches, VLANs, QoS, and bandwidth requirements.
• Control and automation using Crestron, Extron, and Q-SYS.
• Unified Communications (UC) solutions such as MS Teams, Webex, Zoom, Google Meet, and others.
• Videoconferencing, telephony, and collaboration equipment from major brands.
• AV system sizing and BOM preparation.
• AVIXA CTS or CTS-D certification is a plus.
• Dante, Q-SYS, Crestron NVX, Extron, or Biamp certifications are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Develop technical projects, solution schematics, and block diagrams using CAD and Visio.
• Prepare foundations for technical and commercial proposals based on surveys, inspections, and budgets.
• Participate in client meetings to establish project requirements and support responses.
• Analyze technical feasibility and budgeting with Protheus for proposals.
• Analyze quotations from suppliers to maximize profitability and competitiveness.
• Ensure AV/automation solutions are appropriate while maintaining ongoing knowledge through events and courses.

• Develop technical projects, solution schematics, and block diagrams to represent solutions offered to clients, using technical drawing software such as CAD, Visio, and similar tools.


• Prepare the foundation for technical and commercial proposals based on surveys, technical inspections, project studies, RFPs, public tenders, specifications, and budgets.


• Participate in meetings with internal and external clients to establish project requirements and support responses to client questions, either in person or virtually.


• Analyze the technical feasibility of opportunities and competitive bidding processes brought forward by the sales department, evaluating costs, alignment with business models, and technical requirements or training needs, using Protheus for budgeting.


• Analyze quotations for products and services from suppliers to maximize project profitability and cost competitiveness, using Protheus results.


• Ensure that specialized technical solutions for Audio & Video and automation systems are appropriate, while maintaining technological development and up-to-date knowledge through events, certifications, courses, and field experience.

Requirements

• Experience with or knowledge of Audio & Video (AV) systems, including signal transmission, 4K/8K resolutions, image processing, and digital signage.


• Knowledge of professional audio, including acoustics, mixing, DSP, and protocols such as Dante and AES67.


• Knowledge of networking for AV over IP solutions, including switches, VLANs, QoS, and bandwidth requirements.


• Knowledge of control and automation, using solutions such as Crestron, Extron, and Q-SYS.


• Knowledge of Unified Communications (UC) solutions, such as Microsoft Teams, Cisco Webex, Zoom, Google Meet, Avaya, Unify, RingCentral, and AudioCodes.


• Knowledge of videoconferencing, telephony, and collaboration equipment, such as Poly, Yealink, Jabra, Logitech, and AudioCodes.


• Knowledge of AV system sizing and preparation of BOMs (Bills of Materials).


• AVIXA CTS or CTS-D certification is a plus.


• Dante, Q-SYS, Crestron NVX, Extron, or Biamp certifications are a plus.
