Jobtailor in São Paulo seeks a senior audiovisual lead to drive projects from briefing to completion. You will coordinate studio, production, editing, and motion design teams, as well as external vendors, and develop creative concepts aligned with business goals.

You will mentor professionals, stay ahead of trends, and leverage generative AI tools to create visuals, scripts, and workflows while maintaining high technical and creative quality across multiple channels.

Qualificações

Degree in Film, audiovisual studies, mass communication, advertising, or design.
Experience at production companies or creative agencies.
Experience in all stages of audiovisual production.
Experience leading and developing creative teams.
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
Advanced knowledge of audiovisual language, filming, lighting, directing, and storytelling.
Experience producing content for multiple channels and digital formats.
Knowledge of Generative Artificial Intelligence applied to audiovisual production.
Familiarity with Runway, Leonardo AI, HeyGen, Colossyan, ElevenLabs, Adobe Firefly, and similar tools.
Innovative, collaborative, strategic, and results-oriented profile.
