Omni Logistics seeks an experienced HR Generalist to partner with leaders and employees, translating business priorities into people strategies and improving HR programs.

This role blends hands-on execution with consultation across recruiting, performance, employee relations, and workforce planning.

Qualificações

  • Undergraduate degree in HR or related field from an accredited university.
  • 4+ years of progressive HR experience in People Operations or HR Generalist roles.
  • Experience across recruiting, performance management, learning and development, talent management, total rewards, and HR operations.
  • Experience in multi-site, operational, manufacturing, distribution, warehouse, or field-based environments preferred.
  • Proficient with Windows, Microsoft 365, and web conferencing tools (Teams/Zoom/Webex).
  • Fluency in Spanish and Portuguese required; professional English proficiency.

The HR Generalist serves as a trusted partner to leaders and employees across assigned regions and client groups, helping translate business priorities into effective people practices and employee experiences. They collaborate across Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Total Rewards, HR Operations, and HRIS to design, implement, and continuously improve people programs and processes. The role blends hands‑on execution with consultation across multiple HR disciplines, including recruiting, performance management, employee relations, organizational effectiveness, talent development, compliance, and workforce planning. Acting as both a strategic contributor and operational expert, the HR Generalist helps drive consistency, scalability, and adoption of global HR initiatives while balancing local business needs. This role leverages workforce data, employee feedback, and best practices to identify opportunities, solve problems, and improve organizational health.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary HR contact for assigned leaders and employee populations, providing guidance and support across all stages of the employee lifecycle.
  • Partner with managers to execute people strategies that support business objectives, employee engagement, talent retention, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Support organizational design, workforce planning, role definition, talent deployment, and team effectiveness initiatives within assigned client groups.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition and hiring managers to support workforce planning, candidate evaluation, interviewing, selection, hiring decisions, and onboarding activities.
  • Conduct and document employee relations investigations, resolve workplace concerns, and recommend fair, consistent, and compliant outcomes.
  • Coach managers and employees on performance management, feedback, career development, conflict resolution, communication, and workplace effectiveness.
  • Facilitate onboarding experiences, manager training, employee workshops, and learning programs that support capability building and career growth.
  • Support talent management activities including talent reviews, succession planning, development planning, high‑potential identification, and employee growth initiatives.
  • Serve as a local subject matter expert for compensation programs, benefits offerings, leave administration, HR operations processes, and employee programs.
  • Help design, implement, and drive adoption of global HR initiatives, programs, policies, frameworks, and best practices across regions and business functions.
  • Partner with HR Centers of Excellence to continuously improve people processes, employee experiences, and operational efficiencies.
  • Conduct HR compliance reviews, audits, and documentation assessments to ensure adherence to company policies and employment regulations.
  • Utilize HR systems, workforce analytics, engagement data, and employee insights to identify trends, recommend solutions, and support data‑informed decision making.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity, confidentiality, and compliance across HR systems and processes.
  • Build relationships and credibility across all levels of the organization while serving as an advocate for positive culture, inclusion, accountability, and employee experience.
  • Maintain full‑time onsite presence.
  • Provide support to additional locations, regions, or business functions as needed.
  • All other duties as assigned to meet evolving business needs.
Qualifications
  • Education: Undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited college or university required.
  • Certification/Licensure: SHRM-CP, PHR, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or other relevant HR certification preferred but not required.
  • Experience: 4+ years of progressive Human Resources experience in People Operations, HR Generalist, HR Specialist, Employee Relations, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, or HR Business Partner support roles.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting multiple HR disciplines, including recruiting, employee relations, performance management, learning and development, talent management, total rewards, and HR operations.
  • Proven experience conducting workplace investigations, managing sensitive employee matters, and applying sound judgment to complex situations.
  • Experience partnering with leaders in multi‑site, operational, manufacturing, distribution, warehouse, or field‑based environments preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience collaborating with HR Centers of Excellence, including Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Benefits, Learning & Development, HRIS, and Shared Services.
  • Working knowledge of organizational design, workforce planning, employee lifecycle management, change management, and organizational effectiveness principles.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to interpret workforce data, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent consultation, facilitation, communication, and relationship‑management skills, with the ability to influence outcomes without direct authority.
  • Experience utilizing HRIS/HCM tools such as Oracle HCM Cloud, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar enterprise HR technology platforms.
  • Demonstrated discretion and confidentiality in handling and protecting sensitive information.
  • Technical: Proficient with common office technologies, including Windows PCs, Microsoft O365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and web conferencing (Teams, Zoom, Webex, etc.)
  • Fluency in Spanish and Portuguese required; professional English proficiency required.
  • Environment: Comfort commuting to/from and working in a 100% on‑site setting (listed in this posting), with estimated 30% travel for related meetings.
