Ideals Recruitment Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily activities, develop efficient procedures, and ensure cost-effective service delivery for a manufacturing-focused MNC located in Marsiling.

You will monitor KPIs, manage budgets, coordinate across departments, ensure health and safety compliance, and lead a team of operations staff, with a focus on reducing waste and improving productivity.

Qualificações

• Diploma in a relevant discipline with at least 5 years in operations management.
• Proven ability to lead large teams and drive improvements.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain, inventory control and logistics.
• Analytical thinker with data-driven decision making.
• Proficient in ERP systems and operations software.
• Health, safety and environmental compliance knowledge.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and manage operational staff, providing training, guidance and performance feedback.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.
• Maintain relationships with external partners, suppliers and service providers.
• Manage inventory and supply chain operations to ensure adequate stock levels and timely delivery.

Salary Range: $6000 - $8500 + AWS + VB

Working Location: Marsiling

Working Days: Mon - Fri (8.15am - 5.45pm)

Job Scopes:

• Oversee daily operational activities to ensure efficient and cost-effective delivery of services

Job Requirements:

• Min Diploma in relevant discipline and with 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably within manufacturing, transport, or logistics sectors

• Proven track record of successfully managing large teams and driving operational improvements

• Strong knowledge of supply chain management, inventory control, and logistics operations

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions

• Proficiency in ERP systems and operational management software

• Sound understanding of health, safety, and environmental compliance requirements

• Strong communication and leadership abilities with the capability to motivate and develop team members
