Responsabilidades

• Oversees ground operations at site with staffing deployment and handling enquiries.
• Make timely decisions to minimise disruptions while ensuring safety and site guidelines.
• Verify reports and refund documents for accuracy.
• Audit adherence to SOPs and implement updates as required.
• Manage daily cash operations and perform cash reconciliation.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Reponsibilities:

• Oversees the ground operation at respective site with respect to overallstaffsdeployment, running ofmanpoweroperations and handling of enquiries
• Managed operational matters by making timely decisions to minimise disruptions, while ensuring all staff adhered to safety, security, and site guidelines
• Verifying all reports and documents, including refund applications and submissions, and ensure that all information shown on the reports or documents areaccurate
• Ensured adherence to operational and financial SOPs by staff, while conducting audits to maintain compliance and implement updates as required
• Managed daily cash operations by ensuring timely banking of collections and performing cash reconciliation to verify accuracy against declared totals
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Min Diplomain any discipline with minimally 5 years ofsupervisoryexperience
• Good team player who possessa cheerful and positive attitude
• Meticulous with details, with good interpersonal skills
• Able to multitask and handle high volume of work
• Able tomaintainconfidentiality and sensitivity in the management of work

Working Hours / Location:

• Mondays to Thursdays 8.30am - 6.30pm / Fridays8.30am - 5.30pm
