Jobtailor in Campinas, Brazil is seeking a detail‑oriented Import Operations Assistant to monitor and verify import processes, ensure accurate documentation, and track shipments from origin to completion. You will enter and control information in the OSGT system, prepare status reports, manage deadlines, and support cross‑functional teams with document control and process follow‑ups.

A degree in progress or completed in international trade, relations or logistics is preferred, plus solid MS

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in International Trade, International Relations, Logistics, or related fields.
• Experience in import operations and customs clearance routines.
• Knowledge of customs legislation, special regimes and taxes/duties.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills.
• Analytical, organized, proactive profile with good interpersonal communication and teamwork skills.
