Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services Limited is seeking an Operational Buyer (Logistics) in Brazil to support end-to-end procurement for Supply Chain and Logistics. The role focuses on contracting, negotiation, and optimizing transportation purchasing activities in a dynamic IT services environment.

Ideal candidates will have experience in strategic procurement, supplier management, and contract administration, with advanced English. SAP MM experience is desirable.

Desirable Skills

• We are seeking a Procurement Specialist to support Supply Chain and Logistics sourcing activities, managing contracts, suppliers, and transportation procurement initiatives.
• The professional will be responsible for conducting RFQ/BID processes, negotiating prices, payment terms, contractual clauses, and managing supplier performance.
• Key responsibilities include PR/PO conversion, backlog management, contract administration, spend analysis, cost reduction and cost avoidance initiatives, and collaboration with Logistics teams on inbound and outbound transportation projects.
• Candidates should have experience in Strategic Procurement, Supplier Management, Contract Management, commercial negotiations, and Supply Chain operations.
• Advanced English is mandatory; SAP MM experience is desirable.
