We are looking for Oracle Finance (EBS & Cloud)– OTC Functional who wants to learn and transform his career.

In this role you will:

• Lead end-to-end implementation and support of OTC modules in Oracle EBS(R12) & Cloud (R13) Application
• Must have working knowledge on the following modules
• Advanced Collections
• Order Management
• Cash Management
• Accounts Payables o Revenue Management (RMCS) – optional
• Map functional requirements to Oracle Cloud capabilities; identify gaps and solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Customer-focused consulting mindset.
• Working experience in E-invoicing solutioning exposure
• Receivables configuration, Customer master & hierarchy, Billing & invoicing, Lockbox, payment processing, AR accounting flows
• Strong understanding of OTC business processes.
• Ability to work with API-based integrations, file-based interfaces, and OIC.
• Experience with at least 2–3 full lifecycle Oracle EBS and Cloud implementations.
• Understanding of multi-currency, multi-entity setups.
• Transaction types, Payment terms, Receipts & remittances, AR invoicing & accounting · Auto-accounting rules, Credit memo & dispute management, Lock-box functionality
• Support month-end and year-end close activities in AR.
• Prepare functional documents (MD50/BR100/TE40, etc.).
• Lead SIT, UAT, Regression testing cycles.
• Work with technical teams for reports, extensions, and integrations. On High Radius – AR, Cash Application & Collections
• Serve as SME for High Radius Autonomous Receivables suite: o Cash Application Cloud o Credit Risk Management o Collections Management o Deductions/Disputes Management o Electronic Invoice Presentment & Payment (EIPP)
• Configure and optimize High Radius workflows, rules, and automation settings.
• Manage data mapping and integration touchpoints between Oracle Cloud AR and HighRadius.
• Oversee and troubleshoot interfaces between Oracle Finance and HighRadius, including: o Customer master data o Bank files o Payment remittances o Invoice and credit memo data

Mandatory Skills

• Advanced English
• Order-to-Cash (O2C/OTC) processes within Oracle Cloud & EBS ERP and integrating/optimizing High Radius solutions for Accounts Receivable, Cash Application, Credit & Collections.
