Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services Limited in Paraná, Brazil, is seeking an Operational Buyer to learn and grow in a dynamic procurement environment. You will handle low-value purchasing requests, compare quotations, negotiate with suppliers, and create and manage purchase orders while ensuring timely deliveries.

You will work with internal stakeholders, maintain supplier records, and ensure procurement controls and performance indicators.

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement processes and supplier management is required.
• Experience with bid comparison and commercial negotiations is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with SAP MM, P2P processes and RFQ/BID activities is a plus.

• We are seeking an Operational Buyer to support purchasing activities and supplier management within a dynamic procurement environment.
• The role is responsible for handling low-value purchasing requests, managing quotations, creating and monitoring purchase orders, conducting supplier negotiations, and ensuring timely delivery of materials and services.
• The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers while maintaining procurement controls, compliance, and performance indicators.
• Applicants should have experience in procurement processes, SAP MM, supplier management, bid comparison, and commercial negotiations.
• Experience with MRO materials, international suppliers, P2P processes, and RFQ/BID activities is highly desirable.
