Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking an SAP MM Consultant to support SAP ECC environments and MM processes in a global AMS setting. You will resolve incidents, implement improvements, and ensure stable operation while collaborating with business users and cross‑functional teams.

The role requires strong SAP MM/KMS knowledge, experience in AMS projects, and familiarity with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, SolMan, and Jira. This position offers growth and international exposure within TCS.

Qualifications

• Advanced English required.
• Experience with SAP MM AMS.
• Strong experience supporting SAP ECC environments.
• Proven experience in AMS / Application Support projects.
• Deep knowledge of: Procurement Process (PR, RFQ, PO)
• Deep knowledge of: Inventory Management
• Deep knowledge of: Goods Receipt and Goods Issue
• Deep knowledge of: Invoice Verification
• Deep knowledge of: Material Master
• Deep knowledge of: Release Strategy
• Deep knowledge of: Purchasing Organization Structure
• Experience in incident, problem, and change management.
• Ability to perform root cause analysis and troubleshooting.
• Experience creating functional specifications and supporting developments.
• Strong integration knowledge with SAP FI and SD.
• SAP MM Certification.
• Experience supporting manufacturing or industrial companies.
• Knowledge of SAP WM and/or EWM.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA projects or migrations.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow, SolMan, Jira, or other ITSM tools.
• Experience with reporting and data analysis.
• Knowledge of SAP Ariba or procurement solutions.
• Experience working in global support teams.

The SAP MM AMS Consultant will provide support for SAP ECC environments. The professional will be responsible for providing functional support, resolving incidents and service requests, implementing improvements, and ensuring the stable and efficient operation of SAP Materials Management (MM) processes.

Solid functional expertise in SAP MM, experience in AMS/Production Support environments, and the ability to collaborate with business users and multidisciplinary teams.
