Qualificações

• Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Management Processes, Production Engineering, International Trade, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Knowledge of operational controls and process tracking.

Responsabilidades

• Track and update the department’s backlog
• Monitor orders, sales opportunities, and active bookings
• Serve as the liaison between the Sales, Logistics, and Manufacturers teams
• Support the collection and receipt of goods
• Assist in validating and approving manufacturers’ invoices
• Create and track Purchase Orders (POs)
• Update reports, performance indicators, and operational controls
• Ensure information is kept up to date in ERP and CRM systems
• Identify and resolve operational discrepancies
• Support the continuous improvement of departmental processes
• Provide operational support to the Enterprise Business operations
