Jobtailor is seeking a payroll administrator to perform entries and inputs for payroll processing, review payroll data for accuracy, and support the monthly pre-payroll close to ensure data quality. You will maintain and update information in HR systems, address inconsistencies, reconcile payroll events, and provide timely service to employees and internal departments.

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree or be pursuing one in HR, business administration, or accounting, with strong Excel

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, HR Management, Accounting, or related field.
• Experience in Personnel/HR with a focus on pre-payroll.
• Experience entering and reconciling payroll events.
• Knowledge of electronic timekeeping, vacations, and leaves of absence.
• Proficiency in Excel and HR/payroll systems.
