Jobtailor is seeking a data-focused professional to develop automation, analytics, and dashboards for Controlling data. You will extract and validate data from multiple sources, build KPIs, and collaborate across departments to drive data-driven decisions.

The role emphasizes SQL, Power BI, and a strong analytical mindset, with a hybrid work arrangement and a preference for candidates with related postgraduate qualifications.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Analysis, Accounting, Production Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Postgraduate degree or specialization preferred.
• Experience in data-related roles is required.
• Knowledge of accounting is preferred.
• Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and Microsoft Office.
• Availability to work hybrid schedule.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement automation, solutions, and improvements for controlling data and information.
• Develop, update, and enhance analyses, reports, KPIs, and dashboards.
• Build, monitor, maintain, and support performance indicators from a technical perspective.
• Extract, collect, process, integrate, and validate data from different sources, systems, and databases.
• Develop queries, routines, and procedures using SQL and other tools.
• Support development of data products and analytical solutions from understanding business needs to evaluating results.
• Conduct exploratory data analyses to identify trends, patterns, and deviations.
• Define, maintain, and document business rules, calculation criteria, KPIs, and data structures.
• Collaborate with Controlling, Accounting, Tax, Finance, Production, Sales, Procurement, IT, and other departments.

• Develop and implement automation, solutions, and improvements for processes related to Controlling data and information


• Develop, update, and enhance analyses, reports, KPIs, and dashboards


• Build, monitor, maintain, and support performance indicators from a technical perspective


• Extract, collect, process, integrate, and validate data from different sources, systems, and databases


• Develop queries, routines, and procedures using SQL and other available tools


• Support the development of data products and analytical solutions, from understanding business needs through evaluating results


• Conduct exploratory data analyses, identifying relevant trends, patterns, inconsistencies, deviations, and relationships


• Support the definition, maintenance, and documentation of business rules, calculation criteria, KPIs, and data structures


• Work collaboratively with Controlling, Accounting, Tax, Finance, Production, Sales, Procurement, Information Technology, and other departments

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Systems Analysis, Accounting, Production Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field


• Postgraduate degree or specialization in the field is preferred


• Experience in data-related roles


• Knowledge of accounting is preferred


• Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and Microsoft Office


• Availability to work Monday through Thursday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and Fridays from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with a one-hour break


• Hybrid work model
