Jobtailor in São Paulo, Brazil seeks a Logistics & Supply Chain professional to plan, control, and optimize processes ensuring top service levels. The role requires analyzing performance metrics, developing action plans, and collaborating across teams to push continuous improvement using data-driven methods.

The ideal candidate has a logistics/technical background, strong Excel and Power BI skills, and experience presenting to leadership, suppliers, and stakeholders. Night shifts may be required.

Qualificações

• Degree in Logistics and/or STEM/technical fields.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Power BI.
• Experience preparing materials for leadership discussions.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and TMS/ERP systems.

• Plan, control, and optimize logistics processes, ensuring efficiency and SLA compliance.
• Analyze performance indicators, identify improvements, develop action plans, and monitor performance.
• Collaborate with partner areas to support strategic decisions and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Degree in Logistics and/or STEM/technical fields;
• Specific knowledge of logistics, supply chain management, material flow, and financial controls;
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Power BI;
• Experience preparing presentations and materials for discussions with leadership, peers, suppliers, and other stakeholder areas;
• Familiarity with CRM tools and models, Continuous Improvement and Quality methodologies, Customer Success/Experience, Customer Service, route-planning/routing software, TMS and ERP systems;
• Availability to work night shifts.
