4flow Spain is seeking a senior logistics professional to lead and develop an international team of logistics specialists, ensuring smooth daily operations and proactive exception management.

You will optimize the flow of goods, communicate with customers on operational status, and monitor performance and costs while driving continuous improvement across the network. English fluency is essential; Italian/French are a plus.

Formación

• Master's degree in logistics/road transport management.
• Initial experience in team management and development.
• Results-oriented and customer-focused mindset.
• Strong ability to adapt to peak activity periods with structured problem-solving.
• Advanced knowledge of IT systems, especially Excel, and ERP tools.

What your new challenge will look like

• Leading and developing an international team of logistics specialists to ensure successful execution of daily operations
• Optimizing the daily flow of goods and guaranteeing exception management to the satisfaction of our customers
• Communicating regularly with customers regarding the status of operations
• Monitoring logistics performance and costs
• Analyzing network metrics to determine and drive continuous improvement measures

• You hold a master's degree with strong expertise in road transport management in an industrial/automotive environment
• You have initial experience in team management and development

• You have advanced knowledge of professional IT systems (in particular Excel) as well as various enterprise management systems
