Your primary tasks in this position will include:* Guaranteeing the smooth execution of all areas of transportation for daily operations using our transportation management system* Performing customer service tasks such as communication with customers, suppliers and forwarding companies* Coordinating and solving freight exceptions while ensuring requested lead time* Optimizing daily transports in terms of trade lane, lead time, supply chain security and costs* Initiating process improvements to further develop customer solutions**Why you belong at 4flow*** Undergraduate or completed studies in Logistics, Business, Engineering, or relevant areas* Relevant practical experience in the transportation industry and a high focus on customer service* Ability to quickly prioritize during busy periods while still communicating proactively in a friendly and solution-oriented way* Experience with MS Office tools* Strong communication skills in English and/or German, additional languages are a plus* You are interested in the field of logistics and enjoy working in a dynamic and international environment* Availability to work in a hybrid model at our Campinas office* You are available to work an early shift from 5:00 AM to 2:00 PM in order to support European customers**What we offer**Come join us!
