4flow AG is seeking a Manager of Operations Management in Campinas. You will lead an international team of logistics specialists, optimize daily flows, and ensure reliable operations.

You will communicate with customers on status updates, monitor performance and costs, and analyze metrics to drive continuous improvement in a dynamic, global setting. The role emphasizes a Master’s degree in road transport management, prior team management, and strong IT skills including Excel and ERP systems,

• Master's degree with strong expertise in road transport management in an industrial/automotive environment.
• Initial experience in team management and development.
• Strong communication skills in English; Italian and/or French are a plus.
• Proficient with Excel and enterprise management systems (ERP).
