Job summary

4flow SE in Campinas, Brazil is seeking a Logistics Analyst for an early shift to support European customers. You will manage transportation movements within our networks, coordinate with customers, suppliers and forwarders, and drive improvements in daily transport efficiency.

The role requires logistics-focused education, customer-service orientation, and comfort working in an international environment with hybrid office arrangements.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or completed studies in Logistics, Business, Engineering.
• Relevant practical experience in transportation and strong customer service.
• Ability to prioritize during busy periods while communicating proactively and in a friendly way.
• Experience with MS Office tools.
• Strong communication in English and/or German.
• Interest in logistics and working in a dynamic, international environment.
• Hybrid work availability at Campinas office.
• Available to work an early shift from 5:00 AM to 2:00 PM to support European customers.

Responsibilities

What your new challenge will look like

As a member of the 4flow management team, you will manage the efficient movement of goods through our customers’ logistics networks in order to ensure material availability. Your primary tasks in this position will include:

• Guaranteeing the smooth execution of all areas of transportation for daily operations using our transportation management system

• Performing customer service tasks such as communication with customers, suppliers and forwarding companies

• Coordinating and solving freight exceptions while ensuring requested lead time

• Optimizing daily transports in terms of trade lane, lead time, supply chain security and costs

• Initiating process improvements to further develop customer solutions

• Relevant practical experience in the transportation industry and a high focus on customer service
