4flow AG is seeking a logistics-focused professional to manage the efficient movement of goods within customers’ networks. The role emphasizes transportation execution, cost optimization, and clear communication with clients in a dynamic, international setting.

You will collaborate with virtual teams worldwide, drive improvements, and support onboarding for new colleagues while delivering high service levels. This is a permanent, CLT-position with hybrid work options.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in logistics (transportation) with a strong customer-service focus.
• Ability to prioritize during busy periods while maintaining friendly, solution-oriented communication.
• Strong IT-system skills and fluent English.
• Comfortable working with virtual and international teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee transportation execution in day-to-day operations using our transportation management system (TMS).
• Identify and implement transportation cost optimization and efficiency improvements.
• Maintain regular communication with customers about status; handle first-level escalations.
• Serve as first point of contact for teammates on complex transportation setups and process deviations.
• Provide onboarding trainings for new colleagues.
• Identify and initiate continuous improvement measures across processes.
• Drive performance of supply chain stakeholders (carriers, warehouses) through regular reviews.
