Job summary

4flow Brazil in Campinas is seeking a logistics coordinator to manage day-to-day transportation execution and cost optimization within a global, virtual team.

You will act as the first contact for customers, handle escalations, provide onboarding for new colleagues, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in logistics (transportation) with a strong focus on customer service.
• Strong communication in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience collaborating with virtual and international teams.

Responsibilities

• Ensure comprehensive transportation execution in daily operations using our transportation management system.
• Realize transportation cost optimization and cost-improvement measures.
• Communicate regularly with customers about transportation status and handle first-level escalations.
• Serve as first point of contact for team members handling complex transport setups and process deviations.
• Provide onboarding trainings for new colleagues.
• Identify and initiate continuous improvement measures.
• Drive performance of supply chain stakeholders through regular reviews.

What your new challenge will look like

• Ensuring comprehensive transportation execution in day-to-day operations using our state-of-the-art transportation management system
• Realizing transportation cost optimization and cost improvement measures to meet customer expectations
• Communicating regularly with customers about transportation status and taking on first level escalations in your daily work
• Being the first point of contact for team members handling complex transportation setups and process deviations as well as for team managing related processes
• Providing onboarding trainings for new colleagues
• Identifying and initiating continuous improvement measures
• Driving the performance of supply chain stakeholders (e.g., carriers, warehouses) through regular performance reviews
