Job summary

4flow is seeking a logistics leader to manage an international team and optimize the daily flow of goods. You will oversee daily operations, drive performance, and ensure exceptional service for customers in a fast-paced, global environment.

The role requires a Master’s in road transport management, strong Excel and ERP skills, and excellent English communication. Hybrid work arrangement and a structured development path are offered.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in road transport management or equivalent.
• Initial experience in team management and development.
• Results-oriented, customer-focused, and able to handle peak activity.
• Strong knowledge of Excel and enterprise management systems.
• Excellent communication in English; Italian and/or French are a plus.

• Leading and developing an international team of logistics specialists to ensure successful execution of daily operations
• Optimizing the daily flow of goods and guaranteeing exception management to the satisfaction of our customers
• Communicating regularly with customers regarding the status of operations
• Monitoring logistics performance and costs
• Analyzing network metrics to determine and drive continuous improvement measures

• You hold a master’s degree with strong expertise in road transport management in an industrial/automotive environment
• You have initial experience in team management and development

• You have advanced knowledge of professional IT systems (in particular Excel) as well as various enterprise management systems
