Job summary

4flow SE in Campinas, Brazil, is seeking a Manager Operations Management to lead an international team of logistics specialists and optimize daily operations within a global 4PL framework. You will monitor performance, drive continuous improvement, and engage customers with clear status updates while leveraging advanced IT systems and Excel to manage transport networks and costs.

The position offers a hybrid working model, a permanent CLT contract, and opportunities for professional development

Qualifications

• Master's degree in road transport management in an industrial/automotive environment.
• Initial experience in team management and development.
• Results-oriented and customer-focused.
• Ability to adapt to peak activity periods with a structured problem-solving approach.
• Advanced knowledge of IT systems, in particular Excel, and various enterprise management systems.
• Strong interest in transport and logistics with use of remote communication tools.
• Excellent English skills; Italian and/or French are a plus.
